Family Connections of Watertown is a small business.  We go to your home or to the home of your loved one to help cook, clean, take you to the store, or assist in personal cares.  We also offer assisted apartments if you are looking for a place to call home.  Caring staff help with daily living to help keep you home and as independent as possible.

Looking for a place to call your own with supports that you need? Apartments available Staff come as needed to help with cares, cleaning, and cooking.

Adult Family Home

We have one 2 bed adult family home for members with higher needs that need 24 hour care.

Looking for caring individuals to help care for members with developmental disabilities, Traumatic brain injury, and physical disabilities.  Competitive wages.  First shift, second shift, sleep shifts, split shifts available.  Flexible scheduling. 
Must pass a background check.  Must be available to work every other weekend some hours.
Referral bonuses and shift pick up bonuses
Part time hours.
We offer pick up bonuses and referral bonuses
Starting pay $15 per hour with regular raises.
Care for members by cooking, cleaning, personal cares, possibly outings or grocery shopping, and Driving members to work.
